What to do next when your MFA has been reset
- Go to the TruGrid Authenticator app on your mobile phone.
- Remove the prior account (if any) setup on your TruGrid Authenticator app
- Make sure you are logged out of your Internet browser
- Go to the TruGrid Login page (https://app.trugrid.com/login) or your desktop connector
- Enter your registered corporate email address
- Select Go
- Login with your Password
- Scan the QR code with your TruGrid authenticator app on your mobile phone
- Set your new reset phone number
- Continue to dashboard
