How to take a screenshot to show support



A screenshot can help us understand the issue that you are experiencing and speed up resolution. For example, are you having a problem logging in, launching a desktop, etc.?

Below are instructions on how to take screenshots in Windows or Mac. You can then paste or upload that screenshot into live chat.

Preferably, please take an entire screenshot and not just a portion of screen.

WINDOWS: If you are on Windows, you can use the built-in screenshot tool called "Windows Snipping Tool". See here for instructions.
MAC: If you are on a Mac, you can press Shift, Command, and 3. See here for instructions.
