How companies can add or adjust licenses
For information on how TruGrid is licensed, please refer to this article. If your account was setup by a Service Provider, please contact the Service Provider for licensing assistance. If you are an MSP, please refer to this article on how MSPs can add or adjust licenses.
How to add licenses:
Log into the TruGrid portal with your root administrator login
Select SUBSCRIPTIONS page from profile dropdown menu:
Select option to Add (+) or Remove (-) additional licenses to your license pool and then select Update Subscription (or Continue to Payment). This Add/Remove option for your primary domain will only be available for your root administrator account.
