How to add a new payment method

Change Payment Method

Please follow below steps to manage and update your billing information (Credit Card and PayPal), and to reveiw and download payment invoices.

Login to TruGrid Portal
Login to TruGrid Portal at and navigate to the SUBSCRIPTIONS page as shown below. Then click UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS


Manage Billing Information
At the BILLING PORTAL page, you may be asked to create new login and password. This allows you to access the BILLING PORTAL directly in the future. Otherwise, you can always access it via the TruGrid SUBSCRIPTION PAGE.

Click CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD to add a new method of payment
Click UDPATE when done to save your changes
