Billing and Invoice Management

Please follow below steps to manage and update billing information (Credit Card and PayPal), and to review and download invoices.

Login to TruGrid Portal
Login to TruGrid Portal at https://app.trugrid.com/login and navigate to the SUBSCRIPTION page as shown below.

Use the UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS link to update existing payment method
Use the VIEW BILLING PORTAL link to view invoices and add new payment methods




Future Access
The links to PAYMENT DETAILS and VIEW BILLING PORTAL can be shared with others within your organization that you wish to download invoice or manage payment methods. See options below for the VIEW BILLING PORTAL page.
