Why does the cursor jump between displays in Windows 10

When users report the cursor jumping between display monitors when in RDP on Windows 10 machines, there is a known issue Microsoft is working on.

However, some users have reported that changing the custom scaling can help with this.

In the Windows Display settings, adjust the custom scaling to try to remediate.
