TruGrid Reporting (AD Logins and Licensing)

The REPORTS menu (under COMPANY Section & CUSTOMERS Section - see below) on the TruGrid portal opens the reports dashboard, which includes successful and failed logins to TruGrid and Active Directory, while connecting via TruGrid web, native, and mobile apps. The dashboard also includes license consumption and allocation. Reports are available graphically and via CSV download. Times listed in CSV are in UTC time zone.

The REPORTS dashboard does not currently reflect RDP connection information, such as when a user initiates or finishes an RDP session. This is planned for future release. Until then, detailed RDP login data can be found in the Windows Active Directory Event Viewer and the Event Viewer on each endpoint. There are third-party tools for this purpose, such as Syskit User Activity Monitoring (not free) you can find here.
