How to fix TruGrid installation error

Usually problem can be related to the folder access permission. By default TruGrid installer stores in the Downloads folder.

How to remediate this

Move Trugrid installation package to any folder on your Mac (ex. Desktop, Documents)
Try to install the TruGrid Mac Connector
