RDP Settings for Multi Monitors

Admins and Users can configure RDP settings and preferences via the TruGrid Windows Connector or TruGrid web portal. Settings configured on the Web or Windows Connectors will be respected by all TruGrid Connector applications.

Virtually all RDP preferences can be fully configured via the TruGrid Windows, Mac, and Web Connectors
If you are remoting into a Windows 7 machine, multi-monitors are only supported on Windows 7 enterprise and Windows 7 ultimate editions per Microsoft's licensing.

Using TruGrid Windows Connector
Login to TruGrid Windows Connector. Click the HAMBURGER menu on top-right and then click SETTINGS. From the SETTINGS dialog, This will default to GENERAL settings. See below example.

To configure Multimonitor, under the SCREEN MODE drop down, select FullScreenAllMonitors



Click the SAVE button. Settings take effect on next RDP connection. ADMINS will have a choice of applying the changes to just themselves and / or domains they are authorized to manage. See below example for ADMINS.
