Manually Uninstall TruGrid Sentry Service

In case you have to manually uninstall/unregister the Sentry service, below are instructions.
Go to Services and verify that the TruGrid Sentry service exists
Disable the service
Go to an Administrative Command Prompt
Run the command: sc query trugrid_sentry
Verify service exists. See below example of results.

Run the command: sc delete trugrid_sentry
Go to Services, refresh and verify the TruGrid Sentry service no longer exists
Install updated version of TruGrid Sentry Agent
