How to whitelist the Windows Native Desktop Connector

For certain anti-virus products, you may need to whitelist the executable as it may trigger a false positive alert.

For the TruGrid Windows Native Desktop Connector, once the app is open, the easiest way to find its exact path is via Windows Task Manager.

Open Task Manager
Find the process, right-click the mouse button and then select Open File Location.
The path will be something similar to below: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\HLGXZOJ5.LXM\GW1WX8N0.RRD\trug..tion_86a53a8af41f36e2_0001.0000_9b6d87d60b27d5a0
