How to manually uninstall TruGrid Sentry

Open Windows Services (services.msc)
Find and stop these two services: TruGrid Sentry and TruGrid Sentry Health Monitor
Locate and delete the contents of the Sentry folder at: C:\Program Files\TruGrid\
Delete TruGrid Sentry and TruGrid Health Monitor services by following step 5.
Open elevated Command prompt (cmd.exe) and paste the following commands below

sc.exe delete trugrid_sentry
sc.exe delete trugrid_sentry_health_monitor

Please backup your registry before manual uninstall. Additional information about registry backup and restore

Server reboot is required after you complete the manual uninstall procedure

Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and locate the following path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products
Find the folder that has the key DisplayName TruGrid Sentry and remove it (please see the example below). The name of the Registry Key under products may vary. Please check to make sure you delete the one with ProductName = TruGrid Sentry.
