How to fix encrypt error for TruGrid BitLocker Device Management

If you are receiving an encryption error when installing and activating encryption via the TruGrid BitLocker Device Management agent, it could be because of an existing GPO policy already set in AD for the device.

For us to assist troubleshooting this, please provide the following:
Full screen snapshot of the error message
On at least one of the devices that generates the error message, provide the GPO export.

We can try to look through the Group Policies and see if we can identify a policy that's impacting BitLocker encryption. Once we do, you can move one device to an OU not affected by the policy, for further testing.
