How to download Device Management Enrollment File for a Customer Domain

In order to manage BitLocker Encryption on customer endpoints, download the Enrollment File for the specific customer domain. This enables the endpoints to report into the desired domain.

Please note that enrolled endpoints for BitLocker Management do not need to be AD-joined in order to be managed by TruGrid
Add a New Customer Domain See steps here. If you have already added the customer domain, go to step 2

Go to Customers Section -> Find the customer domain

Select Device Management and then Download Enrollment File

Install Enrollment File on Endpoint

Refresh Device Management dashboard to see Endpoints reporting in
