How to export error logs from a TruGrid BitLocker Managed Windows Machine
Please provide logs from the machine having issues with BitLocker encryption so we can investigate this further. Below are steps to export logs:
Export Event Logs
- Open "Event Viewer"
- Open "Windows Logs" >>> After "Application"
- Click "Save all events as..."
- Save file and name accordingly for each machine with machine name and date and send to us here
Export TruGrid IoT Agent Logs
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\TruGrid\TruGrid IoT Agent\logs
- Zip up all the log files in the directory. Or at the least those in the past 7 days
Email all the zipped log files to helpfiles@trugrid.com
