How to export error logs from a TruGrid BitLocker Managed Windows Machine

Please provide logs from the machine having issues with BitLocker encryption so we can investigate this further. Below are steps to export logs:

Export Event Logs
Open "Event Viewer"
Open "Windows Logs" >>> After "Application"
Click "Save all events as..."
Save file and name accordingly for each machine with machine name and date and send to us here

Export TruGrid IoT Agent Logs
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\TruGrid\TruGrid IoT Agent\logs
Zip up all the log files in the directory. Or at the least those in the past 7 days

Email all the zipped log files to helpfiles@trugrid.com
