How to export error logs from a TruGrid BitLocker Managed Windows Machine


Please provide logs from the machine having issues with BitLocker encryption so we can investigate this further. Below are steps to export logs:


Export Event Logs
  • Open "Event Viewer"
  • Open "Windows Logs" >>> After "Application"
  • Click "Save all events as..."
  • Save file and name accordingly for each machine with machine name and date and send to us here


Export TruGrid IoT Agent Logs
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\TruGrid\TruGrid IoT Agent\logs
  • Zip up all the log files in the directory. Or at the least those in the past 7 days


Email all the zipped log files to helpfiles@trugrid.com
