Computer Date-Time Out of Sync

If the Date or Time on your computer is incorrect, even by many seconds, this can cause issues using TruGrid and many other applications that rely on encryption and security mechanisms.

One common issue that can occur, is the TruGrid password page may redirect you to the homepage after a few seconds and prohibit you from logging in. This can be easily solved by fixing the Date and Time on your computer. Please also ensure the Date and Time on your mobile phone is accurate.

Here is how to ensure the Date and Time on your computer is accurate:

WINDOWS: If you are on Windows, you can adjust your clock time using these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026213/windows-how-to-set-your-time-and-time-zone

MAC: If you are on a Mac, you can adjust your clock time using these instructions: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/set-the-date-and-time-mchlp2996/mac

Once fixed, please close your web browser, reopen your web browser, and go back to www.trugrid.com to try to login again.
