TruGrid Plans Overview

TruGrid subscriptions come in 3 different plans:

TruGrid BASIC

• For individuals - single-user plan. Does not require or support Active Directory or EntraID and does not provide a multi-tenant dashboard.

TruGrid BUSINESS

• For companies. Requires Active Directory (to be provided by company or MSP).
• This can be used directly by a business or MSP, however it is not integrated into a multi-tenant MSP dashboard.
• You can connect non-AD machines into the portal and publish them to AD users using Secure Connect.

TruGrid MSP

• For MSPs. Requires Active Directory (to be provided by company or MSP).
• This can be used by an MSP to manage multiple customers from one dashboard.
• You can connect non-AD machines into the portal and publish them to AD users using Secure Connect.

These plans enable access to machines without having to open ports on firewalls or use VPNs.
