TruGrid Windows Connector - User Guide
How to Log In to TruGrid from Your Office
Your login experience depends on whether you are at the office or working remotely.
At the Office
If You Have a TG-APPS Folder on Your Desktop
You should see a folder on your Desktop called TG-APPS followed by your email address.

Open the folder:
- Double-click the app you want to use.
- Enter your username and password when prompted.
- You're connected.
If You Don't Have a TG-APPS Folder

- Open TruGrid Connector from your Start Menu or Desktop.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click the desktop or app you want to connect to.

Remote locations
Working Remotely (Home, Travel, Hotspot, etc.) you will get the EntraID login experience:
- Open TruGrid Connector.
- Enter your email address.
- You will be taken to the Microsoft sign-in page. Enter your work email and password there.
- Complete the MFA prompt (Authenticator app, text message, phone call, etc.).
- Once signed in, click the desktop or app you want to connect to.

Troubleshooting
I'm at the office but it's asking me to sign in through Microsoft.
Your network connection may have changed. Make sure you are connected to your office Wi-Fi or ethernet, not a mobile hotspot. If the problem continues, contact your IT support.
I don't see any apps or desktops after logging in.
Contact your IT support. Your account may not have any resources assigned yet.
The TG-APPS shortcuts aren't working.
Make sure you are at the office and connected to the office network. These shortcuts only work from the office.
