# TruGrid installation failed MacOS

# How to fix TruGrid installation error

Usually problem can be related to the folder access permission. By default TruGrid installer stores in the **Downloads** folder.

### How to remediate this
1.  Move Trugrid installation package to any folder on your Mac (ex. Desktop, Documents)
2. Try to install the TruGrid Mac Connector
