How to obtain TruGrid Native Connector Logs

Windows

Please provide us with the most recent *.txt log file for your Windows Native Connector from the below location: C:\Users\$(user)\AppData\Roaming\TruGrid Connector




Mac

Please provide us with the most recent .txt log file for your Mac Native Connector from the below location: */Users/username/.config/TruGrid/Logs


For Mac users:
Please open Finder
At the top left of the screen Click Go
Select Go to Folder
Follow the path /Users/{username}/.config/TruGrid/Logs (where {username} is your computer folder user name)
When you get to the {username} folder, please hit command+shift+. key sequence and proceed following to the .config/TruGrid/Logs folder
