How to Migrate your domain in TruGrid from Active Directory to Entra ID (not Hybrid)
In some cases, there may be a desire to migrate from Active Director to Entra ID (Azure AD) for domains connect to TruGrid. Please follow below steps to achieve this objective.
- First step is to uninstall TruGrid Sentry from Control Panel - see below screenshot
- Go to TruGrid portal. Find desired domain. Click COMPANY -> DOMAIN MANAGEMENT
- Click RESET AD (as shown on snapshot below) - note that RESET AD will not work if there is an online TruGrid Sentry for this domain
