# How to enable remember me option for users


# How to enable remember me option for users

TruGrid has a feature that allows users to log in to TruGrid without a login and password prompt. It's called **Remember Me** option.

| **Note: **This feature is enabled by default for users who have MFA enabled in their TruGrid account.

| Note: This feature applies to **Desktop Connector for Windows and MAC operating systems. **

* Here is example what a user sees when **Remember me** feature is not enabled:

### Here is step-by-step instruction how to enable **Remember me option**

1. Login to the TruGrid web portal using root admin credentials.
2. Go to the **Company** -> **Security Management** -> **Desktop Management**

3. Under **Desktop Management** section please find **Remember me** and click on the **Manage** button

4. You can see currently all users that have enabled and disabled **Remember me option**

5. Let's try to enable **Remember me option** for Alex account
6. Press on **Off** toggle and you will see that **Remember me** has been successfully enabled.
