How to enable remember me option for users


TruGrid has a feature that allows users to log in to TruGrid without a login and password prompt. It's called Remember Me option.


Note: This feature is enabled by default for users who have MFA enabled in their TruGrid account.

Note: This feature applies to Desktop Connector for Windows and MAC operating systems.

Here is step-by-step instruction how to enable Remember me option


  1. Login to the TruGrid web portal using root admin credentials.
  2. Go to the Company -> Security Management -> Desktop Management



  1. Under Desktop Management section please find Remember me and click on the Manage button



  1. You can see currently all users that have enabled and disabled Remember me option



  1. Let's try to enable Remember me option for Alex account
  2. Press on Off toggle and you will see that Remember me has been successfully enabled.
