# How to change Root Admin email

Users who need to use Active Directory account the same as Root Admin account, could change Root Admin account email for their domain.

| Only first part of email (example "can_be_changed@your_domain.com") could be changed!
|| The email address should be real so validation email could be received to that mailbox

- Root admin can change his login by clicking on profile icon in the Trugrid portal, select My Profile from dropdown, click Update email, enter new user name and Submit, then check the mail box for confirmation email.
