# Device Management Enrollment File for a Customer Domain


# How to download Device Management Enrollment File for a Customer Domain

In order to manage BitLocker Encryption on customer endpoints, download the Enrollment File for the specific customer domain. This enables the endpoints to report into the desired domain.

| Please note that enrolled endpoints for BitLocker Management do not need to be AD-joined in order to be managed by TruGrid
1. **Add a New Customer Domain**  See steps [here](/en/article/how-to-add-a-new-customer-domain-within-the-msp-portal-182sucl/). If you have already added the customer domain, go to step 2
2. **Go to Customers Section** -> Find the customer domain

3. Select **Device Management** and then **Download Enrollment File**
