# Active Directory Information Stored


# Active Directory Information Stored

We do not store or sync any Active Directory passwords. Authentication is direct authentication against the Active Directory. 

The key information from Active Directory that we do store is listed below.



#### COMPUTER OBJECT FIELDS
* ObjectGUID
* HostName (for example: DESKTOP1)
* IP Address
* Operating System Name (for example: Windows 10 Pro)
* Operating System Version (for example: 10.0 (18363))



#### USER OBJECT FIELDS
* ObjectGuid
* UPN
* Email Address
* Display Name
* First Name
* Last Name


**How to find GUID IDs**
To see GUID IDs for objects in the Active Directory User and Computers program, go to the view menu and look for a check mark next to the Advanced Features item

Open the properties dialog for the AD object. Go to Attribute Editor tab. Find the objectGUID; its all in alphabetical order.
